Christopher Mott

After three decades climbing to the top of corporate real estate and coaching thousands of professionals through his consulting company Mottivation, Chris Mott traded the boardroom for the mountains and brought every bit of that expertise with him to Pagosa Springs.

Chris Mott graduated from Penn State In 1990 with a degree, a handshake, and apparently a turbo engine under the hood. While most of his classmates were still figuring out how to dress for an interview, Chris was already making moves. He climbed the corporate ladder so fast it barely had time to creak, earning a reputation for the kind of work ethic that makes coworkers quietly raise their own standards just by being in the room.

That drive eventually landed him at the top of one of the largest real estate development and management companies in the nation, overseeing thousands of units across the country with the calm, strategic precision of someone who has seen every scenario and prepared for most of them. It was the kind ot career that takes most people a lifetime to build. Chris built it ahead of schedule.

Rather than coast on that succcess, Chris did what overachievers do: he started over. He launched his own consulting company called Mottivation, coaching and empowering real estate professionals nationwide. Over the years, he guided thousands of individuals to levels of success most people only talk about at dinner parties. Turns out his greatest skill was never just managing properties. It was unlocking people and pushing them toward a version of themselves they hadn’t fully believed in yet.

After decades of boardrooms and briefcases. Chris made a decision that had nothing to do with a spreadsheet. He traded the corporate world for mountain views and planted his flag in Pagosa Springs, the kind of place that makes you wonder why you waited so long.

Now an Associate Broker with Sherpa Roal Estate, Chris brings executive-level strategy, a lifetime of expertise, and a genuine love for his community to every transaction. He's spent decades helping professionals reach their peak. Now he’s helping everyday poople find their perfect place in the mountains.

Just don't call it retirement. He'd never, stand for that.
